Here are some more random pics of the car.
can you see the difference? those were some nasty seats. luckily, i was able to use a leather repair kit from leatherrepairkits.com to repair it. you can really see the difference.
without looking back at these photos, you wouldn't believe what a little elbow grease can really do.
you see those lights. a little meguir's scratch X will polish that right out. if seeing is believing, then i am a believer.
this is my upgraded dash. lights are known to burnout on the older lexus dashes. i replaced them with the oem bulbs ($3 per from lexus; can't buy anywhere else). then i took the color caps you can buy from walmart and slipped them on. you have to take apart the speedometer needle side (right under the clear glass) and slip them on AFTER the bulbs are twisted into the sockets. the socket's larger size will have to hold the gelcaps in place because the OEM bulbs are smaller than 194s.
i think that is all the good photos i have for now. i will post new ones as soon as i get them.
future projects include second head unit in the glove compartment because the cd changer doesn't work too well.
also, when winter rolls around, i will have pics of my fixed up 15" gold rims. LATER
